This one really made me think.

Your dad and my mom were the epitome of unconditional love and my prayer is that my children feel that from me. What a privilege it was to have both these amazing people as my example of what a parent should be.

This tells me, that we need to take it one step at a time. I think that saying that says something like, one good/healthy choice leads to more good/healthy choices. And a body in motion stays in motion and a body at rest stays at rest is so true.
